The Mackie Patio Project
The sidewalk and patio are done! We just have to do the stairs from the
deck to the patio and from the patio to the lawn ! The landscape all the
rest of the yard. We've all been helping. At last count, Maria Hunter has
carried 500 lbs of bricks, one at a time. She really wants to help. Bryson,
meanwhile, can only pick up half bricks; but he collects them all and puts
them in a bucket for us. Maria Hunter also mixes cement and lays brick
when the mood hits her. She wants to build a patio for her playhouse. Sally
does everything. I just sit around and watch. - Rob.
